ACT-based Anxiety Group

Join me for an 8-week online therapy group blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with liberation-informed principles. Anxiety is often framed as a result primarily of mindset and neurochemistry. While addressing these can help immensely, we can also recognize that societal norms play a key role. This group honors both truths: 1- We have the capacity to build skills that help us navigate anxiety 2- Much of our anxiety comes from systemic factors beyond our control. Together, we'll work on defusion, mindfulness, and psychological flexibility while challenging the social forces that amplify stress. Open to adults over 25 residing in California, Colorado, Maine, or Wyoming Weekly midday meetings - great as a scheduled workday break Flexible pricing spots available

Payment & Insurance

I am a in-network with Lyra Health. If your employer offers benefits through Lyra, all or part of your therapy session fees may be covered. I am considered out-of-network with all other insurance carriers, but I am happy to provide monthly statements that you may submit to your insurer for full or partial reimbursement. If you choose this option, I recommend contacting your insurer to inquire about their out-of-network reimbursement policy.

Rates for psychological testing vary widely depending on the type of evaluation you are seeking, please contact me for more information about my current fee structure and hourly rates.

Pricing for enrollment in my group is flexible, based on the "green bottle" model. Ask me for details.

I accept payments made by debit/credit card or HSA/FSA/HRA.
